Vista Advisory Services specializes in customized Total Rewards solutions for both profit and non-profit organizations that align an enterprise’s employee rewards strategy to their business goals.  We work closely with clients to understand their business & organizations’ cultural challenges and create policies and programs that leverage and optimize engagement and performance.

Bio

Maria Artime is the Founder & Managing Director of Vista Advisory Services, a boutique firm based in the metro New York City area.

She helps her clients plan, communicate and implement Global Total Rewards programs, HR Policies and Employee Health and Financial Wellness initiatives. Maria has expertise designing and launching custom rewards solutions in response to changing organizational demands, and enjoys partnering closely with senior management and clients in order to increase employee engagement and retention.  Additionally, she is passionate about counseling employees through significant career changes, advising and educating them on how to leverage their total compensation.

Maria has held successively senior positions at Home Box Office and Warner Music group, beginning in Finance and moving to Human Resources where she managed Compensation, Benefits, International HR, HR systems, & the Health/Wellness teams.  She also led Human Resources merger & acquisition work streams at Warner Music through the sale of business units and ultimately the sale of the company to a private equity group.

Maria holds a Masters of Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University and is a Certified Compensation Professional through World at Work.  She has presented workshops for professional organizations on innovative incentive plans, communicating the value of employee benefits and the importance of financial wellness. Maria regularly conducts training on compensation and benefits programs for both executives and employee groups.

Maria is a member of numerous professional organizations including the Cable TV Human Resources Association, International Foundation of Employee Benefits and the Society for Human Resource Management. Her bi-lingual skills and work advising European and Central/South American organizations make her uniquely suited to helping multi-cultural organizations.
