We explore a client’s current reward practices and experiences, as well as their growth goals and financial parameters in order to formulate a realistic total rewards philosophy that is specifically geared to that organization.

We discuss current retention and hiring goals and recommend approaches that help clients meet and exceed these goals.

Design Executive Compensation approaches that effectively incent senior talent
We recognize that rewarding senior management is critical to a business and will work to recommend a package of comprehensive practices designed to motivate and reward these executives.

Conduct Compensation Benchmarking
We review current compensation data, carefully selecting industries and firms that best represent your organization and reflect the pool of talent in which you draw your employees.  We compare your employee data against this information.

Design and conduct custom Market Surveys
We work with clients to select and price critical job roles and carefully select firms which will provide current pay practices within a legally compliant framework.

Review and recommend changes to Internal Pay Design
We examine current pay levels, mix of short- and long- terms incentives, and organizational structures to recommend modifications to pay practices and incentives.

Advise and develop approaches for conducting Internal Pay Equity reviews
We work with clients to design a comprehensive and compliant approach to examine internal Pay Equity within an organization.

Identify & align required Workforce Competencies in order to create Career Ladders and Development opportunities (compensation bands)
We examine a client’s organizational structure, job levels and job descriptions in order to design logical and comprehensive career ladders. Based on responsibilities, expertise and roles, these ladders serve to motivate, retain and enable employees to contribute to an organization’s mission.

Develop Global Short- and Long-Term Incentive/Variable Pay programs
We work with clients to develop a clear and concise understanding of their financial and strategic goals in order to develop customized Short-and Long-Term incentives or Special Reward Programs to meet those goals.

Develop customized Reward and Recognition programs
We work with clients to develop unique reward and recognition programs in order to respond to an organization’s specific need or business issue.

HEALTH AND FINANCIAL WELLNESS

Recommend individual & organization wide Financial Wellness programs that assist employees and senior management plan for major life events and organizational reorganization.
We work with clients to recommend Financial Wellness programs and training, assisting all levels of employees to navigate life events and organizational change. This can range from individual coaching to recommending third-party providers.

Identify Health & Wellness strategies that enhance the employee experience and improve productivity
We collaborate with clients to understand the challenges they face with issues such as increased employee health costs, stress and absenteeism and recommend solutions that help mitigate these issues while being sensitive to the organization’s culture.
